The role
Review drawings, scopes, and specifications for exterior restoration, roofing, and waterproofing projects.
Perform quantity take-offs and assist with subcontractor and supplier pricing.
Support bid preparation and submission, and attend site visits as required.
Assist with project handover to operations and thrive in a fast-paced, in-office setting.
Learn under an experienced estimating team with a clear path to a full Estimator role.
Work on diverse NYC exterior projects and gain exposure to building envelope scopes.
