The role
A Chartered Structural Engineer is required to work on a variety of property investigations, inspections, refurbishment and alteration projects across residential, commercial, and heritage buildings. The role involves assessing structural defects, preparing calculations and reports, and supporting multidisciplinary teams in complex building pathology cases. The candidate will gain experience through site inspections and technical design, collaborating with professionals from various disciplines. Responsibilities include liaising with clients and stakeholders, managing projects, and contributing to the growth of the structural engineering capabilities within the organisation. The ideal applicant will have substantial experience in existing building assessment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver technical solutions independently.
