The role
Lead the design and implementation of a scalable, secure data platform for AI-powered healthcare applications.
Collaborate with AI researchers, software engineers, and healthcare domain experts to define architecture and data flows.
Develop and maintain backend infrastructure for data ingestion, storage, processing, and retrieval, with solid data modeling.
Integrate search technologies and NLP features to enable conversational, semantic search and summarization capabilities.
Build and optimize data pipelines using ETL/ELT processes and tools like Kafka, Flink, and RabbitMQ while enforcing data security and privacy.
Mentor junior engineers, drive technical excellence, and stay current with cloud-native AI/ML advancements.
