The role
A cloud engineering position involves designing, deploying, and maintaining logging, monitoring, and inventory management solutions across cloud platforms, including automating processes with Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform. The role requires scripting with Python and Shell, supporting cloud activities on AWS and GCP, and managing containerised workloads. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in cloud visibility enhancement, automation, and operational reporting while collaborating with engineering teams. Additional responsibilities include improving cloud governance, supporting asset discovery, and ensuring operational controls are in place.
