The role
A financial services organisation in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support their Banking Operations function. The role involves analysing operational processes, gathering requirements, and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, produce documentation, and support testing and implementation activities. They should have proven experience in banking or financial services, excellent stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with regulated environments. Knowledge of methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile is desirable.
