The role
We are seeking a strong frontend-focused web developer who can hit the ground running by extending an existing JavaScript framework for rich interactions and dynamic content, or converting mockups into semantic HTML and SCSS.
The ideal candidate is a fast learner with solid frontend instincts and familiarity with modern templating engines such as Twig.
This role values a passion for JavaScript and UX, plus meticulous attention to detail while staying flexible to move forward when the team approves.
You will be a go-to person for HTML/CSS/JavaScript challenges, bringing knowledge and patience to help teammates in a collaborative setting.
Responsibilities include collaborating with designers to craft UX solutions, developing, testing, and debugging responsive web applications for desktop and mobile, and integrating new solutions into existing platforms.
Additionally, you will optimize interfaces, fix UX issues, prepare test plans, participate in code reviews, and progressively improve SCSS structure and the frontend library for reuse.
