The role
Il s'agit d'un poste combinant formation des conseillers en assurance non-vie et animation d'une communauté digitale interne. La mission principale consiste à former les nouveaux conseillers et à maintenir leur excellence en concevant et actualisant supports et formations. L'animation de la communauté digitale interne vise à partager les bonnes pratiques et à favoriser l'engagement. Le candidat doit posséder une bonne maîtrise technique des branches non-vie et avoir une expérience en formation d'adultes. Une aisance rédactionnelle et digitale est essentielle, la maîtrise du français étant obligatoire et l'allemand un atout. Le poste est en CDI, basé à Lausanne, avec une amplitude de 80 à 100 % en mode hybride formation et animation.
