Senior Planner - Supply Chain

Own end-to-end production scheduling, translating demand forecasts into practical, capacity-aware plans. Collaborate with Operations, Materials, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to maximise throughput and minimise downtime. Authorize and adjust schedules, ensure ERP/MRP reflects latest plan, and respond to unplanned events. Lead and develop a small team of schedulers, conduct regular 1:1s and PDRs, and embed best-practice planning. Support governance, including P74 sign-offs, and ensure new product launches are production-ready. Champion continuous improvement and balance service, cost, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
