The role
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join the Executive Compensation team with a focus on equity-based compensation design and implementation.
This on-site role involves advising on employment, retention, and separation agreements within both public and private M&A transactions.
Candidates should hold a J.D. from an accredited US law school with strong academic credentials and be admitted to the New York or Texas Bar (or eligible to waive in).
Prior experience at a peer law firm and a demonstrated entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset are highly valued.
The position is based in Houston, TX with no remote option.
