The role
Remote contract role for a Data Collection Specialist focused on capturing precise task workflows with clear narration.
Record screen sessions and provide step-by-step verbal explanations to support accurate replication.
Annotate software screenshots by drawing precise bounding boxes around relevant UI elements.
Follow staging instructions to configure specific UI states and use a dedicated capture tool for consistency.
Adhere to task guidelines to ensure data quality and usability, working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
Must-have: proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; strong attention to detail; Mac access with ability to create a fresh macOS user profile; fluent English. Nice-to-have: data collection/QA experience, workflow documentation, and comfort with new tools in staged environments.
