The role
Audit the current website to identify conversion opportunities and pain points.
Design landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows in Figma with a mobile-first approach.
Collaborate with growth and engineering teams to implement, test, and iterate changes.
Develop a cohesive design system that aligns with brand and the customer journey.
Leverage analytics, user feedback, and customer interviews to inform decisions.
On-site NYC collaboration preferred; be ready to work end-to-end and adapt through rapid experimentation.
