The role
Conduct thorough legal research to analyze questions and support attorneys.
Interpret and apply procedural and evidentiary rules to cases and filings.
Draft memoranda, briefs, and legal arguments for review and use by attorneys.
Examine facts and evidence against precedents to inform strategy.
Assist with client meetings and trial-related research; collaborate within a team.
J.D. degree required; must demonstrate strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills; one-year term.
