The role
Draft, negotiate, and review a broad range of commercial contracts including vendor, consulting, software, services, and licensing agreements.
Provide legal research and stay current on healthcare industry regulations and privacy issues.
Advise senior management and cross-functional teams on legal strategy and risk, collaborating with privacy and compliance groups.
Develop contract processes, templates, and playbooks to streamline negotiations and approvals.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and corporate governance standards in deal execution.
Support business operations in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, contributing to strategic decision-making.
