The role
Deliver outstanding customer service and educate customers on available products and services to drive repeat business.
Process transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and internal policies.
Maintain a balanced cash drawer and proficiently use the POS system to complete transactions.
Resolve customer questions and concerns or escalate to management when needed.
Maintain a clean, organized store environment that supports a positive customer experience.
Adapt to flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
