The role
The Data Insights and Business Intelligence Analyst role involves producing and analysing reports to monitor operational performance, working with stakeholders to identify service improvements and assess strategic changes. The role includes preparing accurate management information, providing insights and commentary, and supporting resource and financial forecasting activities within the team. The analyst will support process analysis, identify efficiencies, and assist in implementing operational changes, collaborating with cross-functional teams. A key responsibility is monitoring the effectiveness of strategy adjustments and supporting strategic priorities through data-driven insights. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis tools are required, alongside excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
