The role
Develop and implement strategies to promote ethical practices and ensure compliance across the organization.
Monitor data and perform risk analyses to identify gaps and opportunities for improvements in ethics and compliance processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed ethical and compliant behaviors at all levels.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate effectiveness of ethics initiatives and provide actionable insights.
Create and deliver trainings and communications to educate employees on ethics policies and procedures.
Stay informed on industry regulations, provide guidance on ethical decision-making, and continuously improve processes for efficiency and integrity.
