The role
Own the product roadmap for the US diversifying product suite (Wealth, FlexPay, Benefits, and AI-powered products) for frontline workers.
Lead the end-to-end launch of net-new US products from discovery and scoping to MVP, iteration, and scale.
Collaborate hands-on with the US engineering team to ship at high velocity across time zones.
Conduct deep consumer research on money management and benefits for frontline workers and translate findings into product.
Explore AI-powered use cases for an underserved audience and ensure consumer-first product decisions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with US Analytics, Partnerships/Marketing, and other product teams to align on priorities and deliver end-to-end products; grow the US product function over time.
