The role
Lead Network Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining secure, high-performance network environments.
Plan and manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
Monitor and optimize network performance using monitoring tools; troubleshoot complex issues across Layers 1–7.
Enforce security best practices through segmentation, policy enforcement, and firewall rule management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and migrations; maintain thorough network documentation.
Participate in on-call rotations, evaluate new networking technologies, and contribute to roadmap planning within a hybrid work model.
