The role
An estimator with experience in pre-construction environments is sought in Uxbridge to prepare cost plans, review technical documentation, produce pricing for refurbishment and fire safety projects, develop supplier relationships, identify risks, support bid strategies, and collaborate with delivery teams. The role involves managing multiple tenders within tight deadlines and working on projects including façade remediation, heritage restoration, and building safety initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate strong commercial acumen, technical interpretation skills, stakeholder management, and experience in refurbishment, remediation, or compliance-led construction. Knowledge of High-Risk Building projects and legislation requirements are desirable.
