Preconstruction Manager: Lead local projects, develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and value engineering analyzes. Manage bids, review documents, and collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers. Supervise estimators, identify risks, and implement process improvements.
