The role
Act as the subject matter expert for Workday and other HR technology systems, guiding the design and optimization of HR processes.
Collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
Develop and implement HR technology strategies that align with growth objectives and business priorities.
Provide guidance and training to HR team members on effective use of technology tools and workflows.
Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity and security, and recommend enhancements or updates.
Serve as a liaison with IT and external partners to ensure seamless integration, documentation, and user experience improvements.
