Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries and orders, delivering professional service.
Provide information on products, pricing, availability, and delivery options.
Accurately take and process concrete orders using internal systems.
Coordinate daily delivery schedules and liaise with dispatch and sales teams.
Upsell or cross-sell services where appropriate and follow up on leads.
Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and industry trends.
