The role
A Data Analyst is required to support data cleansing, validation, and management in HR and Oracle EBS/Oracle R12 systems. The role involves conducting root-cause analysis, developing data models and reports, and ensuring data quality and compliance, including GDPR regulations. The analyst will collaborate with various teams to address data inconsistencies, gaps, and process improvements, while supporting the development of a data-driven culture. Technical skills in SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Power BI are essential, alongside strong communication abilities. The position demands attention to detail, analytical skills, and experience managing large data sets within a project environment.
