The role
Lead the integration of LLM-powered features into a production-ready product, shaping search, summarization, and workflow automation within established codebases.
Design a data and metadata layer to make AI outputs explainable, auditable, and reusable across teams.
Set engineering patterns for building, testing, evaluating, and maintaining AI capabilities going forward.
Deliver near-term, high-ROI agentic workflows such as automated meeting prep briefs, pipeline summaries, and relationship intelligence digests.
Build backend services and APIs that synthesize internal data, activity history, and context into client-ready outputs.
Operate with a pragmatic product focus, adapting to evolving needs and contributing across multiple initiatives.
