Counsel

The Counsel supports the General Counsel by leading the contracts team and delivering practical legal guidance to business stakeholders.
Oversee drafting, review, and negotiation of client engagements, master services agreements, NDAs, subcontractor agreements, RFP responses, and related vendor contracts.
Manage subpoena compliance and other court-related matters, ensuring accurate case management and strategic risk assessment.
Review and coordinate leases for nationwide premises, including supervision of internal staff or outside counsel as needed.
Oversee intellectual property matters and optimize the use of outside counsel on outsourced engagements.
Provide proactive legal advice, contribute to the growth of a scalable legal department, and adapt to occasional night or weekend work as client needs dictate.
