The role

The role involves preparing accurate tenders from drawings and specifications, managing multiple tender processes, and liaising with clients, suppliers, and design teams to evaluate quotations and identify risks and opportunities. Candidates should have at least three years' estimating experience in civil engineering or groundworks, with an ability to interpret technical drawings and produce detailed rates from first principles. Strong commercial awareness, organisational skills, and the capability to manage several tenders are essential, alongside excellent stakeholder management.
