The role
Build next-generation content recommendation and ad personalization systems for a streaming platform.
Define data requirements and coordinate with engineering and business teams to set up data collection and validate data quality.
Develop features from collected data and train relevant models using scientific tooling and coding.
Integrate model inference into production systems and ensure efficient, scalable deployment.
Design and run production-grade evaluation strategies, including A/B testing, to monitor model performance and impact.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to build the recommendation and personalization framework leveraging diverse data sources and ML tooling.
