The role
Assumer les responsabilités managériales du magasin en l’absence du directeur, en veillant à la performance opérationnelle et commerciale.
Coacher et motiver l’équipe pour accroître les ventes et offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle.
Gérer les opérations quotidiennes, le merchandising visuel, la gestion des stocks et la protection des actifs.
Former et développer les collaborateurs, partager l’expertise produit et suivre les tendances du marché.
Analyser les indicateurs financiers et opérationnels pour optimiser les profits et atteindre les objectifs omni‑canaux.
Maintenir un environnement de travail positif et inclusif avec une disponibilité flexible (nuit, week-ends, vacances).
