The role
Operate and monitor production machinery, including extruders and presses, to manufacture rubber products according to specifications.
Perform cutting, splicing, molding, and inspection to ensure quality standards are met.
Follow written and verbal instructions; maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the appropriate personnel, adhering to safety policies.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to lift 50+ pounds; read a tape measure; strong attention to detail and willingness to learn; good communication and teamwork.
