The role
The role involves leading a high-performing AI engineering team, designing and deploying scalable AI solutions for audit applications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to embed AI capabilities into core platforms. The candidate will oversee the full lifecycle of AI products, advocate for best practices in software engineering and MLOps, and ensure responsible AI use through governance frameworks. Technical expertise in generative AI, machine learning, and cloud platforms such as Azure and Databricks is essential.
