The role
Provide patient-centered pharmacy care by accurately dispensing medications and delivering pharmacological information to the healthcare team.
Prepare, package, and label medications according to prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
Maintain compliance with state and federal drug laws, regulations, and inventory practices, including controlled substances management.
Keep precise records, monitor pharmacotherapy, and inform management of regulatory requirements and needed actions.
Supervise support staff and contribute to a collaborative, high-quality patient service environment.
