The role
Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy across print, video, social, and digital channels, aligning with organizational goals.
Create audience-centric content for members, brokers, providers, and industry peers, translating complex information into clear, engaging experiences.
Own and optimize an integrated content calendar, ensuring editorial quality, accessibility, and regulatory compliance across all outputs.
Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and subject-matter experts to support strategic campaigns, promotions, and digital initiatives.
Improve discoverability and engagement through SEO, CMS practices, analytics, and ongoing optimization; stay ahead with emerging trends and AI-powered improvements.
Exhibit professional, collaborative, and autonomous leadership; drive continuous improvement and uphold mission, values, and integrity.
