The role
In-person tutoring for 3rd–5th grade students in Math and ELA, with opportunities to tutor both small and large groups.
Adapt to new materials and instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
Maintain consistent communication with program staff and collaborate with the Education team to implement comprehensive learning strategies.
Requires a completed 4-year degree and in-person availability during Math hours 8:00 AM–2:20 PM and ELA hours 9:50 AM–2:20 PM.
Complete a background check, which may include fingerprinting depending on location, prior to start.
Compensation includes $40 per hour, onboarding/training support at $22 per hour, and benefits such as 401(k) and mental health resources.
