The role
An SC Cleared Storage & Backup Engineer is responsible for managing backup operations and system health, supporting storage environments, performing storage administration and backup refresh activities, processing tickets via ServiceNow and Azure DevOps, supporting infrastructure and project delivery, responding to incidents, and driving service improvements. Candidates should have experience in storage and backup operations, troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with enterprise systems. Knowledge of tools such as Avamar, NetBackup, Storage Protect, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps is desirable. The role involves both on-site and remote work, requiring active SC clearance and the ability to support critical digital infrastructure.
