The role
Provide guest service and information about resort services, activities, and local attractions.
Transport clean and dirty linen between Operations and Building areas.
Ensure items in guest rooms are clean, functional, and ready for use.
Report maintenance deficiencies to maintain room standards.
Replenish linen and guest amenities and assist colleagues as needed.
Work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment with flexibility for spontaneous requests; strong English communication and physical endurance are required.
