The role
A Senior Backend Engineer (Java) is needed to develop robust, scalable cloud-native applications for financial institutions. The role involves designing microservices using Java 11+ and Spring Boot, and deploying solutions on AWS infrastructure. Candidates are expected to build and manage CI/CD pipelines, write comprehensive tests, and contribute to agile team decisions. Must have advanced Java development skills, deep cloud environment knowledge, and experience with databases, Kafka, and Java Streaming. Bonus points for AWS certification, CQRS knowledge, and performance testing experience. The position offers opportunities to shape digital financial services and participate in industry advancements.
