The role
A graduate structural engineer supports the delivery of structural engineering services across various sectors, assisting with the design and analysis of structures using different materials and preparing technical documentation. The role involves supporting senior engineers with project coordination, attending site visits, and developing understanding of UK standards and best practices. Candidates are expected to have a degree in Structural Engineering or Civil & Structural Engineering, with strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills. A proactive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn are essential qualities, whilst prior consultancy or internship experience is advantageous. The position provides structured mentoring, exposure to diverse projects, and opportunities towards chartership, within a modern Leeds office offering flexible working options.
