The role
Lead the LATAM Business Unit's financial planning, performance analysis, and control to drive profitable growth.
Own annual budgeting and forecasting, interpret trends, and recommend actions to meet targets.
Manage G&A expenses, ensure compliance with accounting rules, and uphold internal controls.
Oversee financial reporting systems, data integrity, and timely stakeholder reporting.
Develop finance teams through training and coaching to build strong business partners.
Collaborate with segment management and cross-functional partners to share best practices.
