The role
Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement with a focus on pre-litigation.
Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters to coordinate care and settlements.
Review and analyze medical records and damages to assess case value.
Draft and negotiate settlement demands and document the negotiation process.
Strategize case value and resolution with leadership while driving cases forward efficiently.
Operate in a desk-based, pre-litigation role with emphasis on ownership, client service, and timely resolution.
