The role
Software Engineer:
Design, implement, and enhance software applications and tools for patient experience and business outcomes.
Contribute to new development and ongoing improvements in Agile environment.
Develop software applications and tools using programming languages important to the organization.
Work with product managers and engineers to design, build, and test applications.
Participate in evaluating compatibility with existing hardware and software features.
Develop professional expertise and apply company policies to resolve issues.
Build relationships with internal and external peers and managers.
Demonstrate proficiency in multiple areas of the function.
Work with some supervision, conferring on complex matters.
Proficient in programming languages and software development methodologies.
Resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur.
Communicate with internal and external parties.
Act as individual contributor and team member.
Identify and resolve problematic relationships.
Anticipate and prevent problems, create efficient fixes.
Gather and update information, communicate to appropriate parties.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience writing code, programming languages, online applications, microservices, APIs, or mobile applications.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
Willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
