The role
Lead end-to-end packaging sourcing and engineering for North America, partnering with Procurement leadership to shape strategy, OKRs, and roadmap.
Grow and develop a high-performing team of packaging sourcing and packaging engineering professionals, delivering coaching and development opportunities.
Drive sourcing strategy, supplier performance, and design innovation while ensuring quality, testing, and regulatory compliance.
Own budgeting and savings initiatives, collaborating with Finance and business partners, and communicating monthly category performance to senior leadership.
Scale the supplier network and capacity to meet multi-brand demand, while prioritizing continuous improvement, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Partner across functions to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience through product optimization and new product development, and lead multi-million-dollar negotiations and contracts as needed.
