The role
Position: Real Estate Agent in Long Beach, NY, offering a commission-based, hybrid remote role for licensed professionals.
Represent buyers and sellers in residential transactions, price and market listings, and host property showings and open houses.
Prospect for new business through networking and marketing; generate leads and build a personal brand in a competitive market.
Negotiate contracts, manage transactions from contract to closing, and ensure smooth closings while maintaining client relationships.
Enjoy entrepreneurial freedom with flexible scheduling, ongoing broker support, and unlimited earning potential based on effort.
Requirements: active New York real estate license, self-motivated, strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently.
