The role
Un cabinet de renom recherche un avocat en droit des affaires pour intervenir sur des opérations courantes et exceptionnelles, notamment en restructuration, fusions, cessions et transmissions d'entreprises. La mission inclut la rédaction de contrats et baux, en collaboration avec les associés. Le candidat doit être titulaire d'un Master 2 ou DJCE en droit des affaires, CAPA, et justifier d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience. Autonomie, disponibilité, sens du service et aisance relationnelle sont essentiels pour réussir dans cet environnement. La maîtrise de l'anglais juridique, oral et écrit, est obligatoire. Le poste est en mode hybride, basé à Strasbourg ou Schiltigheim, en contrat libéral.
