The role
A Business Analyst is required to support an SAP S/4HANA transformation programme by engaging with stakeholders to capture current processes, identify gaps, and assist in defining future processes. The role involves facilitating workshops, supporting fit-gap analysis, and collaborating with technical teams on migration planning. Candidates should have experience in SAP environments, particularly ECC and S/4HANA, and be skilled in process mapping and stakeholder management. Additional skills include data readiness assessments, KPI definition, and familiarity with tools like Signavio or SAP Solution Manager. The role offers the chance to contribute to a significant SAP project on a competitive day rate outside IR35. Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset are essential for success.
