Lead and manage corporate interior projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope, schedule, and budget. Build and motivate project teams, maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, and promote effective collaboration across regions. Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues. Control project finances, provide accurate cost forecasts, and enforce robust quality control to meet client expectations. Drive continuous improvement by implementing innovative PM practices and process enhancements. On-site in New York, NY with travel to project sites as needed; visa sponsorship is not provided.
