The role
A six-month contract in Marlborough involves supporting engineering teams in migrating CI pipelines to Azure DevOps, strengthening security practices per EU Cyber Resilience Act and IEC 62443 standards. The role requires designing Azure DevOps pipelines, managing source-control migration from GitLab, SVN, and Bitbucket, and supporting desktop and firmware builds with various toolchains. The engineer will integrate threat modelling, Snyk security scans, and automated SBOM generation into development pipelines. Responsibilities also include securing build environments, managing infrastructure with Terraform, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Candidates should have extensive DevOps experience, knowledge of embedded and firmware builds, and familiarity with security frameworks and threat modelling.
