The role
Lead or support cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, aligning teams around shared goals.
Create and manage program artifacts such as roadmaps, schedules, dependencies, and risks.
Facilitate governance cadences, track program health, and communicate blockers and milestones to stakeholders.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans with defined ownership and accountability.
Drive concise, structured communication across business, technology, product, and operations teams.
Navigate ambiguity, unblock delivery, and build strong relationships with client and internal stakeholders in a hybrid/regulated environment.
