The role
Un technicien support proximité VIP à Villeurbanne intervient sur la gestion des incidents et demandes liés au matériel et aux logiciels pour une clientèle exigeante. Il assure le support de proximité N2 sur postes de travail, smartphones, et tablettes, tout en participant à la gestion de la flotte mobile. La mission inclut la résolution d'incidents, la formation aux outils numériques, et le renouvellement de matériel, avec un reporting au management. Il doit également organiser des points d'activité et assurer un support partiel en astreinte, en coordination avec le support N3. Un environnement technique comprenant Windows, O365, SCCM, Active Directory est requis pour cette fonction. La capacité à communiquer efficacement, à travailler de manière autonome, et à monter en compétences est essentielle.
