The role
As a Labor & Delivery Nurse (RN) in San Antonio, you will assess, plan, and implement care for laboring mothers in collaboration with obstetricians and the healthcare team. Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates; administer medications and treatments (including epidurals and IV fluids); provide emotional support and patient education to families throughout the labor and delivery process; document status and outcomes in accordance with guidelines; participate in cross-functional teamwork with physicians and nurses.
