The role
Lead and support FP&A and strategic initiatives across the enterprise to translate priorities into actionable financial targets.
Develop growth strategies, business plans, budgets, and financials for both enterprise-wide and business-unit perspectives.
Serve as the quarterback between strategy and finance, guiding budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to align with long-term goals.
Act as a program and transformation manager to implement FP&A improvements, process changes, and benchmarking against peers.
Provide strategic and trusted advisory to business leaders by leveraging market insights, trends, and competitive intelligence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, and present cohesive recommendations to senior stakeholders.
